Referring to Ser. 36. G. Robinson's despatch to the Duke of Newcastle,
W147 of 9th July last, I have the honour to transmit to you for the information of the Acting Governor copy of a letter from Mr Ward, the Treasurer to the Apothecaries Company, respecting the prices charged for certain Medicines forwarded by this Department to Hong Kong in 1861.
With the explanations furnished by Mr Ward the Agents are quite satisfied, and in this opinion Sir H. Robinson has concurred.
